How do I verify my identity using a selfie and government-issued photo ID?
Click the button to “Upload Documents” in your email or pop-up message, or access it directly through the “My Profile” section of your account, by selecting “My Documents”.
In this process, we ask you to:
1. Navigate directly to “My Documents” from within the “My Profile” section of your account.
2. Select the type of government-issued ID you will use to verify. We accept:
For a Driver’s License, we will require both the front and the back of your ID.
For a Passport, we only require your data page (which obtains your photo and your full legal personal information).
Your photo ID must meet the following requirements:

5. At any time, should you wish to improve or replace your documents, you can do so by navigating to “My Documents” and clicking “Replace Document”.

- It must include your full name, as specified on your account
- It cannot be altered in any way (including stickers placed on the front or back)
- It must be clearly legible, with no obscuring glare
- All four corners of the document must be visible
