My account name doesn't match my Credit Card. Can I change it?

Yes! One of our friendly support staff can change the name on your account for you if it doesn’t match the name on your credit card. Please keep in mind though, that the name on your account can only be adjusted if you can provide a valid reason as to why they’re different. We do not allow players to use cards that belong to other people, even if they are family members.
